My name is Jesstine Brehms and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate.

We are all human. We have a need to grow, to change, to be validated in who we are no matter where we are in life. As a human, your problems and life hurdles will always be a part of life. You may be struggling to figure out what you will be doing in the next five years, or just the next five minutes of your life. That will never change. What can change is how you view the obstacles in your life.

The process of changing your perspective is easier with a guide. I work with individuals of all ages as well as couples who are ready to remove the roadblocks in their lives to find the path to a healthier place. No matter where you may be on your journey, I will meet you where you are and provide you with the tools you need to take control of life’s challenges.
